Introduced a fee for crossing the Belarusian-Lithuanian border

Beginning February 1, all foreigners and citizens of Belarus have to pay a fee for crossing the Belarusian-Lithuanian border, Sputnik reported.

The amount of the fee is equal to one basic value, which is Br37.

The fee is not obligatory for:

  • foreigners and stateless persons who arrived in Belarus at the invitation of state agencies and state organizations
  • foreigners who enter Belarus for the festival "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk"
  • foreigners who leave after sanatorium-resort rehabilitation in Belarusian health resorts
  • foreigners and stateless persons leaving Belarus after the funeral of family members or close relatives
  • disabled foreigners and stateless persons with relevant documents

At the same time, the fee for crossing the border in the Gomel, Brest and Grodno regions have been canceled since January 1.

The Visa Application Center of Croatia in Minsk updated the rules of registration for the submission of visa documents.
