IOC called for the return of Belarusians to international competitions

The head of the International Olympic Committee, Thomas Bach, called for the participation of Belarusian and Russian athletes in international competitions in a neutral status, BelTA reported.

In January 2023, the IOC Executive committee proposed to consider the possibility of allowing Belarusians in a neutral status to international competitions. The head of the committee on March 28 defended this proposal.
