Iranian Saipa cars to be imported to Belarus in November

The first batch of a thousand Saipa cars will be brought to Belarus in November this year, Sputnik reported. However, the main part will be sent further to Russia.

Negotiations are already underway with dealers and fleets. It is planned that in the first batch there will be about a thousand cars, but the main part will be on the Russian market. These are Quik, Saina, and Shahin models.

In the future, Belarus plans to localize the assembly of Iranian budget cars if there is an active demand for them. Now there is a choice of a place where it would be possible to establish production.

Negotiations are also underway with the Iranian side on reducing the final price. Earlier it was reported that the cost will vary from 12 to 15.5 thousand US dollars.
