Iraqi Airways made one flight to Minsk

Late in the evening on July 5, the arrival of the first Iraqi Airways flight in several years is scheduled to arrive at Minsk National Airport, Sputnik reported.

The return flight is scheduled for July 6. The flight will be performed by a Boeing 737-800, which usually accommodates up to 189 people.

However, this is a single flight, the airport said.

In 2021, Iraqi Airways canceled flights to Belarus amid the refugee crisis on the border of Belarus and the EU.
