It is forbidden to visit almost all forests in Belarus
Bans on visiting forests were introduced in almost every district of Belarus on August 25, Minsk-News reported. A week ago, visiting forests was banned in 70 districts of the country.
The ban on visiting forests was introduced in connection with the abnormal heat, due to which the number of forest fires is growing. Over the past day, 11 fires happened in the country on a total area of 7.2 hectares. It was also possible to avoid the spread of a cross-border fire between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
In 115 districts of the country, a complete ban on visiting forests has been introduced, in two districts there are restrictions, and only one is in the "green zone". Follow up-to-date information on the map by Ministry of Forestry.
