Joint concert of the Grodno and Mogilev Capella

Musicians from the Grodno and Mogilev chapels will give a joint concert on April 10, BelTA shares.

The concert will be held at the Grodno Regional Philharmonic. They will perform works by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov and Modest Mussorgsky in honor of the jubilee year of both composers. The concert, called "The Score of Life", unites two iconic composers who were united by friendship and a common love of culture.

This is not the first project of the two chapels together, their creative collaboration began in 2014, and they have already presented several joint programs. At the end of the current season, the Grodno Chapel is planning the premiere of the opera "Aleko" by Sergei Rachmaninov and "Mozart and Salieri" by Rimsky-Korsakov.
