Kazakhstan has opened land borders

Since April 11, restrictions on crossing the Kazakhstan border at land checkpoints with Russia, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan have been lifted, the Sobiray Rukzak Telegram channel writes. Also, all restrictions on crossing the border by plane have been lifted.

To enter Kazakhstan by any transport, you still need a negative PCR test no older than 72 hours or a vaccination certificate issued by a country with which Kazakhstan has an agreement on mutual recognition of certificates. These are Argentina, Armenia, Belarus, Belize, Bolivia, Great Britain, Hungary, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Iran, Canada, Kyrgyzstan, Maldives, Moldova, Mongolia, Peru, San Marino, Serbia, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, Philippines, Montenegro, Czech Republic, Sri Lanka, Ecuador, Estonia and Japan.
