Lithuania postponed the closure of crossings on the border with Belarus

Lithuanian authorities planned to close the border crossings of Shumskas - Losha and Tvyaryachus - Vidzy. Now the closure has been postponed to August 18, Sputnik reported.

The Lithuanian side decided to allocate additional time to inform people about the closure of checkpoints.

Let us remind you that it is planned to close the checkpoints temporarily. The traffic flow will be directed to the reconstructed and completed Myadininkai border checkpoint, which, according to the Lithuanian side, is the largest and technically equipped.
