Lithuanian border guards tried to oust five refugees to Belarus

Belarussian border guards found five Syrian citizens on the borderline with Lithunia. At that time one man was unconscious; his pulse was barely palpable, writes State Border Committee.

The refugees said that they were discovered by Lithuanian border guards while trying to illegally enter Lithuania from Belarus. The guards tried to oust the Syrians to the territory of Belarus.

Belarusian guards immediately provided first aid to the foreigners on the spot and called medics.

The injured refugee was taken to the intensive care unit with hypothermia.
