Malaysia opened borders for tourists

From April 1, Malaysia will open borders to foreign tourists, the Sobiray Rukzak Telegram channel writes. To enter the country, you need to have:

  • certificate of vaccination with one of the approved drugs,
  • registration in the MySejahtera app,
  • negative PCR test no older than 48 hours before departure,
  • insurance covering COVID-19 treatment,
  • confirmation of accommodation booking,
  • express test within 24 hours upon arrival.

Unvaccinated and not fully vaccinated tourists must keep a 5-day isolation after which they need to take a PCR test.
