May weekend in Belarus

The Council of Ministers of Belarus has approved the schedule of transfer of working days in connection with the holidays falling on May 2021, minsknews.by reports.

The holidays this year, unfortunately, will not bring Belarusians an additional weekend. May 1 (Labor Day) falls on Saturday, May 2 (Orthodox Easter) - on Sunday and May 9 (Victory Day) - also on Sunday.

But thanks to Radaunitsa, there will be a "long" weekend (from May 8 to May 11), 4 whole days! But the Belarusians will work out Monday on Saturday, May 15.
