Medical institutions will provide paid services on weekends

Belarus will conduct an experiment on the provision of paid medical services in public health institutions in excess of the guaranteed free medical care, BELTA writes.

A total of 18 hospitals and research centers will work on weekends and holidays. They will provide paid medical services related to planned primary, specialized, high-tech medical care. The experiment will last until July 1, 2023. It will show how to improve paid services in public health institutions.

Resolution by the Council of Ministers was published on the National Legal Internet portal on April 28.
