Military instructors will appear in Belarusian schools

Since September 1, the Ministry of Education officially introduces the position of the head of military-patriotic education in Belarusian schools. This is stated in the decree of the Ministry of Education of July 15, 2021 No. 146, which was officially published on August 3, minsknews.by reports.

Military instructors will appear in schools with a number of 50 students or more. In this case, the teacher will work part-time. In schools where there are at least 350 children and in cadet schools, the teacher will be offered a full-time job.

The authorities decided to introduce a new position in schools to "form the worldview of the younger generation".

It is planned to pay attention to the civil and patriotic education of pupils during the lessons.
