Minsk Automobile Plant will supply equipment to Uzbekistan for $1 million

Minsk Automobile Plant has signed a contract for the supply of equipment to Uzbekistan for a million dollars, minsknews.by reports.

The contract between the official distributor of the Minsk Automobile Plant in Uzbekistan company (MAZ-Tashkent) and Nurafshon Maxsus Texnika was signed at the agricultural forum "Uzbekistan - Belarus" in Tashkent.

Cooperation between the countries in the field of agriculture and food, financial support for the export of goods and services from Belarus to Uzbekistan and the specifics of promoting Belarusian goods on the local market was also discussed at the meeting.

17 companies from Belarus participated in the forum, represented in the national pavilion of the country. Among them are the meat producer Slonim Meat Processing Plant, well-known dairy brands, the State Committee for Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education, universities, confectionery factories, etc.
