Minsk Plant "Integral" to Begin Nanoelectronics Production

Minsk-based Integral, a key microelectronics manufacturer in the Union State, is preparing to launch nanochip production, Sputnik reports.

The project involves the production of three types of wafers600 nm, 350 nm, and 250-240 nm, with an annual output of 68,000, 20,000, and 2,500 wafers, respectively. The production launch is scheduled for 2026, with projected profitability estimated in the tens of billions of rubles. The primary consumers of these innovative components will be industrial enterprises.

In 2024, Integral's exports reached $192 million, marking a 127% increase compared to the previous year.

The development of nanoelectronics has become a strategic priority for Belarus, supported at the highest level.
