MIR payment cards now work in Cuba

The Russian MIR system, which is partially integrated with the Belarusian Belcard, expands the geography of payments. Now the MIR's cards are accepted in Cuba, Sputnik reported.

Cards are accepted in the most popular tourist places, in Havana and on Varadero in a number of shops, hotels, restaurants.

In addition to Cuba, the Mir card can be used in Abkhazia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Vietnam, Venezuela and South Ossetia.

Let us remind you that at the end of November, the Belarusian Priorbank launched SWIFT money transfers in euros from Belarus to Poland at PKO Bank Polski S.A.
