Modernization of the Galileo Shopping Center

The company NAI Belarus told about the changes in the shopping and entertainment center Galileo, tut.by reports.

In 2021, the Galileo shopping center, which has been operating since 2013, is waiting for a complete modernization.

The management company plans to change the interior and attract new operators. Thanks to the new concept, the leasable area of the Galileo shopping center will increase by 30%. There are also plans to increase the share of the entertainment segment, increase the pool of fashion tenants, create multi-brand corners and a gastronomic space.

A new operator has already been found to replace the Silver Screen cinema (which is moving to the Minsk City Mall shopping center).

- The cinema will be equipped with progressive and trending technologies in the cinema sphere, super comfortable seats, 64-channel sound. In addition, it is a design project that is being developed by a world-renowned architectural firm from the UK. It developed the design of cinemas in Dubai, London, Hamburg and Madrid, and also received the first place for the best cinema design in the world in 2019, " - said Andrey Aleshkin, Executive Director of NAI Belarus.

Work has already begun in Galileo, but the shopping center will not be closed during the renovation.
