More apartments were sold in Minsk in February than in January

In February, 1,265 apartment purchase and sale transactions were made in Minsk. This is 34% more transactions than in January, Minsk-News writes.

Most of all they bought one-room apartments. They amounted to 42% of the total demand. The share of two-room apartments sold was 35%. At the same time, the purchase and sale of new apartments accounted for 9% of all transactions.

Also, the number of ads for the sale of apartments increased by 14%.

In March, two new dormitories for students will be built in Minsk.
