More than 139,000 foreigners visited Belarus visa-free since the beginning of the year
More than 139,000 foreign citizens from 38 countries have visited Belarus under the visa-free regime since the beginning of 2026, according to BelTA.
Most travelers arrived from neighboring Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland.
Since the introduction of the visa-free entry procedure in 2022, nearly 1.4 million European residents have visited Belarus.
The largest number of visitors came from Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland, while the expanded visa-free regime for citizens of 35 additional European countries has been in effect since July 2024.
The visa-free entry program for citizens of 38 European countries has been extended until the end of 2026.
