More than 9 thousand Chinese students study in Belarus

The Chinese Ambassador to Belarus, Xie Xiaoyong, reported on more than 9 thousand Chinese students in Belarusian educational institutions, emphasizing the warm relations between the countries, Minsk-News reports.

During the concert "Spring Festival — 2024" dedicated to the Chinese New Year, he expressed satisfaction with the tradition of joint celebration by Belarusian and Chinese students, emphasizing friendly ties. More than 700 Chinese students study art and culture at the Belarusian State University, and the total number of Chinese students in the country exceeds 9 thousand.

The Ambassador expressed confidence in the further success of cooperation, especially in education, in the coming year.
