NAS of Belarus presented new developments in cancer treatment

Scientists of the NASB have developed a gene synthesis technology for the treatment of cancer and hereditary diseases, Minsk-News informs.

Experts presented new substances and medicines at the exhibition "Education and Career", talking about the prospects of application in practice. Work is underway on the creation of synthetic genes for the treatment of hereditary diseases, as well as on the development of pharmaceutical substances for more affordable treatment of oncological diseases.

Scientists are striving to develop long-lasting drugs that can maintain the required level of drug concentration in the body. These developments are of great importance for improving the quality of life of patients, extending their life expectancy and reducing the negative side effects of chemotherapy.
