Near the Palace of independence building construction of a large Chinese Embassy began

The complex of buildings of the Embassy of China will appear between the shopping center "Castle" and the embassies of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan. This land is leased to the diplomatic mission for one dollar a year for 70 years - from autumn 2018 to autumn 2088.

In addition to the Embassy, the complex will house staff apartments and auxiliary buildings. Construction will take about 2.5-3 years.

The land in the area of the Palace of independence is gradually overgrown with new buildings. This year a new building of the Supreme Court appeared, TEC "Palazzo" opened. As for the embassies, the diplomatic missions of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan are already working here, tut.by reports.
