New Belarusian-Russian satellite will become one of the best in the world

The Belarus' National Academy of Sciences has announced that the new Belarusian-Russian satellite will become the most promising one in the world, BelTA reported.

At the moment, the first Belarusian remote sensing satellite, which was launched in 2012, is working in a joint Russian-Belarusian orbital constellation of satellites.

The new Earth remote sensing spacecraft with a spatial resolution of 0.35 m will become one of the most promising in the world, thanks to the combination of its characteristics.

In November of this year, the National Academy of Sciences created the Belkosmos Corporation, which will implement and develop projects in the field of space exploration and use.
