New fish restaurant Salt opens in center of Minsk

Famous Belarusian restaurateur Denis Dokin, who opened the Clever Irish Pub in Minsk, will open the Salt bistro, according to their Instagram account.

The Salt fish restaurant opens at the adress Ploshchad' Svobody 5.

Ilya Mazhugo, the chef of such famous Minsk establishments as Fabriq, Grand café and News cafe, will be the chef at the new Salt bistro.
