New rules for refunding train tickets in Belarus

Since June 27, the Belarusian Railway has simplified the process of canceling tickets purchased via the Internet. Now you can cancell them at any time before the train departs and get a refund. Earlier, tickets could be returned no later than an hour before departure, CityDog.io writes.

You can only cancell and refund tickets for trains with numbered seats running within the country (interregional lines and regional business class lines) at any time. Tickets purchased online can be refunded on the website or in the application. The new rules do not apply to tickets purchased at box offices.

We remind you that cruise trains will appear in Belarus in August. The railway cruise will go around Belarus via Brest and Grodno.
