New stations of the Zelenoluzhskaya line: Aerodromnaya, Nemorshansky Sad and Slutsky Gostinets will be launched this year

In 2024, it is planned to commission three new stations of the Zelenoluzhskaya metro line in Minsk: Aerodromnaya, Nemorshansky Sad and Slutsky Gostinets, Minsk-News reports.

The head of the Oktyabrsky district, Gennady Lubotynsky, stressed the importance of this event for the residents of the district, who have been waiting for the expansion of the subway for a long time. He noted that the development of the metro is fundamental in the development of urban transport, especially during rush hours, when other modes of transport cannot provide the same speed and convenience of movement.

The opening of new stations will also facilitate access to large shopping facilities in the district, such as Minsk City Mall and other facilities under construction, which will be especially important after the completion of the Minsk Mir residential complex project in 2028, where a significant number of people will live.
