Now certification of electronic cigarettes is mandatory in Belarus

Resolution of the Council of Ministers of January 6, 2022 No. 8 supplemented the list of objects of mandatory conformity assessment of the National Conformity Assessment System of the Republic of Belarus, writes the legal portal pravo.by.

From April 1, 2022, certification is mandatory for non-tobacco nicotine-containing products of oral consumption and liquids for electronic smoking systems.

This requirement does not apply to the specified products manufactured in the republic or imported into its territory before April 1, 2022.
