Now license is needed to export potash fertilizers from Belarus

Since April 6, licensing has been introduced for the export of potash fertilizers from Belarus. The resolution of the Council of Ministers is published on the National Legal Internet portal, the Minsk-News agency writes.

The decree stipulates that the export of mineral or chemical potash fertilizers is possible only under exclusive licenses. The license can be obtained in the Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade based on decisions of the Council of Ministers.

To obtain a license, you need to send a letter to the manufacturer of potash fertilizers in Belarus indicating the expected export volumes and the country. You also need to specify information about advance payment and agreements with logistics companies. The letter will be reviewed within 3 days. After that, an export license will be issued.
