Old shopping mall construction will be resumed in Minsk

A shopping mall and a multi-level parking lot will appear on the site of the long-term construction on Ulitsa Kursanta Gvishiani 5, CityGog.io writes. We remind you that a cinema hall with real beds will open in Minsk on August 4.

The construction of the shopping mall began in the last decade. However, in 2020, the developer company declared bankruptcy. Now it has become known that the shopping center will be completed at the expense of the funds raised. There is already an investor, and the design has been started at his expense. The design project is scheduled to be completed in 2022.

The area of the shopping mall will be approximately 15 thousand square meters. On the ground floor there will be pavilions and a food retail. On the second floor, in addition to the general retail space, there will be a hardware store and premises for servicing the facility. A multi-level parking lot will appear next to the building.

Visually, the building of the shopping mall will resemble a granite cliff with several crevices. The construction will be completed no earlier than in 1.5–2 years.
