The Banking Processing Center of Belarus informs that interruptions may be in the service of cards of banks using the services of the center, as well as in shops and ATMs may last from 3:20 AM to 6:30 AM of October 14.

This is due to technological work to ensure compliance with the requirements of international payment systems.
