One of the long-term buildings will be partially demolished in Minsk
The residential complex Grushevsky Posad, located near the metro station Grushevka, has become one of the most famous long-term buildings in Minsk, writes the magazine about Minsk, Citydog.by.
It was supposed to be commissioned in 2021, but for now are ready only two of the four houses. Several sections of the third house are 93% ready, and the fourth house has not even begun to be built. A decision has been issued for some of the structures for dismantling work, which has already begun.
After the release of Decree No. 347 "On the completion of the construction of residential buildings" dated September 15, 2021, there were virtually no problematic long-term residential buildings on which specific decisions have not yet been taken in Minsk.
