Online performances at The Janka Kupala Theatre
On 27th of March, the Janka Kupala National Theatre will introduce a new project “Kupalovsky Online Week”, tut.by reports. The project includes a live broadcast and several recordings of the performances.
The number of spectators in theatres is rapidly decreasing, more and more people prefer to stay at home in self-isolation rather than go out. The goal of the project is to provide an opportunity to enjoy the performances to all those who cannot come to the theatre. The management of the Janka Kupala Theatre hopes that this project will broaden the audience, attract young people and foreigners to Belarusian art.
You can watch the performances for free on the website kupalauski.by.
