Payment for gas in Russian rubles will not affect prices

The Ministry of Energy of Belarus told how payments for gas in Russian rubles will affect prices, the Minsk-News agency writes.

The agreement will reduce the financial burden on the organizations of the real sector of the economy due to the change in the exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble to the US dollar. For organizations in the real sector, tariffs will be reduced to the level of February 2022.

However, gas prices and electricity tariffs for the population will not change. The cost of housing and communal services for the population will remain the same.
