Polish citizens can visit Belarus without visa

From July 1 to December 31, 2022, Polish citizens can visit Belarus through Polish-Belarusian land checkpoints without a visa, "Sobiray Rukzak" writes. We remind you that the visa-free regime is also valid for citizens of Lithuania and Latvia.

Conditions of visa-free regime for Polish citizens:

  • the period of stay in Belarus is up to 90 days in a calendar year;
  • the number of entries is not limited;
  • documents: passport, Green card (if entering by car) and health insurance.

If your stay in Belarus lasts more than 10 days, you need to register through the Unified Portal of Electronic Services. Registration is free. You can also register when visiting the Citizenship and Migration Department (the cost will be about BYN15).

Polish citizens will also be allowed to visit the border zone without a pass. When entering the Republic of Belarus at the checkpoint, it is enough to inform the border guard about the intention to visit the border zone, indicating the settlements and the purpose of their visit.
