Postponement of working days in 2022

The government has approved an updated schedule for postponing weekends and holidays for 2022, sputnik.by reports.

This year, Catholic Christmas (December 25) and New Year falls on Saturday, so there will be no additional days off. January 1 and 2 are Saturday and Sunday, on January 3 on Monday everyone has to go to work.

But there will be an additional day off in January. Orthodox Christmas (January 7) falls on Friday, so we will rest there for three whole days - from Friday to Sunday.

Working days are postponed:

• March 7 (Monday) - to Saturday March 12;
• May 2 (Monday) - to Saturday May 14.

Organizations have been granted the right to postpone working days, taking into account the specifics of production.
