President of Belarus showed the first Belarusian computer
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko held an open history lesson for schoolchildren live on September 1. There he presented the first Belarusian laptop, Minsk-News reported.
The President demonstrated a domestic laptop and explained that he had specifically asked to bring this computer to a meeting with young people. He also said: "To be honest, there are about 12% of Belarusian in this laptop today. By the end of the year it will be 30%. But the fact itself is important."
The computer was produced at the TV factory 'Horizont" using imported components.
