Private Belarusian banks tightened the conditions for SWIFT transfers
Three private banks in Belarus tightened the conditions for sending SWIFT transfers, Devby.io reported. Soon, customers of Belarusian banks will be able to receive cards in ATMs.
Priorbank has established new conditions for international transfers since November 18: only with the opening of an account; only in a currency other than the dollar and/or euro; only without the sale of dollars and/or euros; the minimum amount is $10,000 in equivalent.
RRB-Bank announced that from November 24 to November 30 it does not carry out international transfers of individuals in dollars. Beginning December 1, the bank prohibits international transfers of individuals in dollars in the amount of less than $ 20,000.
In Technobank, beginning November 15, international bank transfers in dollars with a purpose related to the payment for the purchase of motor vehicles and other related services are carried out only in the amount of $10,000 or more.
The official reasons for the changes were not yet announced.
