Reconstruction of primitive settlement appeared in Minsk Botanical Garden
In The Botanical Garden, which belongs to The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, an unusual object has appeared – the reconstruction of a primitive settlement. This was announced by the director of the Institute of History of the Academy, Vadim Lakiza, CityDog.io writes.
In 2016, several archaeological monuments were discovered on the territory of the garden. Then it was planned to recreate a Slavic village with residential and outbuildings, a forge and a well. Now there is a small primitive settlement with three buildings from the planned one.
Opening hours of the Botanical Garden: Tue-Sun from 10am to 6pm
