Reconstruction of the oldest Pobeda Cinema continues in Minsk

Specialists have completed the dismantling of the old elements of the Pobeda Cinema building and are starting to install new window blocks and metal structures, Minsk-News reported. Let us remind you that Minsk City Mall should open before the end of this year.

It is planned that by December the roof will be replaced and the foundation and walls of the building will be strengthened. Also, work with the heating system will be completed by this month.

The reconstruction of the cinema began in February 2022. The building is an architectural monument. This is the first cinema built in Minsk after the Second World War. It opened in 1950.
