In 2022, oil production exceeded 1.8 million tons. This is the maximum annual volume for 20 years, Sputnik reported.

In 2022, Belarusian oilmen extracted 75 thousand tons of fossil fuel more than in 2021. Moreover, the level of production of more than 1.8 million tons has not been reached in Belarus for 20 years.

In addition, over the past two years, Belorusneft has been working on completing the construction of new wells.
