Registering copyright is now available online in Belarus

Since January 1, 2022, a new service has appeared at the National Intellectual Property Center — the voluntary registration of copyright objects and the deposit of such objects, documents and materials containing information about them.

NIPC informs that by using the service, the copyright holder will receive an additional tool to protect their rights. If necessary, the National Center will be able to confirm the existence of the copyright object. Or to give an information about its copyright holder. At the same time, all information is protected and not transferred to third parties.
