Rivers water level rises to maximum in Belarus

According to the Ministry of Nature, the water level on the Dnieper tributary has approached a dangerous value, BelTA reported.

In the Drut River in the Mogilev region, the water level is 297 cm with a daily growth of 4 cm. When the water rises to 300 cm, flooding of coastal areas is possible.

In the Ptsich River in the Gomel region, the water level also exceeded the dangerously high level at which coastal flooding was previously observed.

In this regard, a storm hydrological warning has been announced in these regions of the country.
