Salaries of medical workers to be raised in Belarus

The President of Belarus has signed a decree according to which the salaries of medical workers will be increased due to additional salary supplements, the website of the Ministry of Health writes. Recently, the procedure for vaccination against covid has been changed in Belarus.

From July 1, 2022, there will be appear a new additional salary supplement for work in the field of healthcare for all categories of medical workers. Its size will depend on the complexity and intensity of the work performed.

Doctors and nurses of the department of anesthesiology, intensive care, district service, hospital emergency departments, emergency medical services and departments for stroke patients will have the highest salary supplement.

In addition, uplifts for the work of medical workers in covid conditions have been terminated.
