Sasnovich Advances to the Second Round of US Open 2026 Qualifying

Belarusian tennis player Aliaksandra Sasnovich has advanced to the second round of the US Open 2026 qualifying tournament, Sputnik reports.

She defeated Hungary’s Dalma Gálfi 7–6 (7–5), 6–3 in her opening match.

Sasnovich will next face Czech player Vendula Valdmannová.

To reach the main draw, players must win three qualifying rounds.
