School students in Minsk received electronic student cards
Students in 60 schools of Minsk received electronic student cards. By the end of the academic year, students of all Minsk schools will receive those cards, Minsk-News reported.
An electronic card is needed to enter a school through the turnstiles. It contains basic information about a studemt: full name, date of birth, school, as well as photos.
Also, an electronic student card is used for free travel on public transport. It can be linked to the Oplati service to pay for purchases in the school cafeteria.
Developers plan to add a discount system for visiting movies, theaters and museums with a student card.
