SCO Research Center opened in BSU

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization Research Center was opened at the Belarusian State University on October 27. The center will operate on the basis of the Faculty of International Relations of BSU, the press service of the university reported.

The Center will become an intellectual platform for conducting research in the field of international activities, history, law, trade, economy and culture of the SCO member states. It is also planned to implement major joint research projects with the participation of China in many areas.

The functioning of the center will cover several areas. Educational, scientific, and international cooperation involves holding international conferences, forums, providing intellectual support, and student exchange.
