Sculpture courtyard to open in Minsk's Art Museum after reconstruction

In Minsk, work is underway on a project for the reconstruction of an administrative building of the National Art Museum on Lenina Street 22, Minsk-News reported.

The renovation project of the building will be completed in the second half of this year.  The building will retain rooms for museum employees, studio space for classes with children. Part of the squares will be redeveloped for exhibition halls. Sculptures will be displayed in the courtyard.

This year, it is also planned to complete the landscaping of the courtyard between the main building and residential building No. 18. There will be a summer terrace cafe.

After the completion of all the works, these will become part of the museum quarter and art complex.
