Second power unit of Belarusian nuclear station will start operating this year

The second power unit of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant is planned to be put into operation in 2022, the Minsk-News agency reports with reference to BELTA.

Now the second power unit is being tested and setted up for work. After commissioning of two power units, the Belarusian nuclear power plant will supply about 18 billion kWh per year. This will allow replacing 4.5 billion cubic meters of gas per year.
