Share of Belarusian foods in stores is over 77%

The share of Belarusian food products on store shelves is over 77%, and sometimes reaches almost 100%, Sputnik reported.

Dairy, bread, meat and fruit and vegetable products are almost 100% of Belarusian production. There is a shortage of local goods mainly in the off-season period.

According to the representative of the Department of the organization MARCH, there are lists of local goods in Belarus that must be presented in stores. This is done so that the buyer has the opportunity to purchase both imported and local goods.
