The creation of a capsule hotel is considered as one of the options for the development of the enterprise. You can use part of the area for it. The director believes that there are all the prerequisites for such a project: the location in the city center, the proximity of the railway station, the possibility of quick arrival and departure. In addition, the shopping center has a number of other services that will be useful.

- We have our own food court, our own cafe with Belarusian cuisine has recently opened, it will develop, and a children's cafe is also planned, — Irina Dmukhovskaya said. — Another idea is the development of a children's park of an unusual format. This is not an amusement park with attractions, but rather an educational and informative one. Something with virtual or augmented reality that meets the needs of the time.
